Krystal Hardy Allen is the Founder and CEO of K. Allen Consulting™, a national management consulting firm serving the United States and multiple countries abroad, as well as a national best-selling author (“What Goes Unspoken” | Wiley/Jossey-Bass Publishing). Specializing in the provision of customized trainings, strategic advising and planning, as well as project management, Krystal drives strategic growth and operational excellence for a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies such as Amazon and global brands like the NFL alongside school systems, nonprofits, and government agencies. Leveraging her background in executive leadership, Krystal’s firm delivers measurable results in enhancing organizational effectiveness, building organizational resilience, and advancing equity.
